VELLUTO™ Terms of Membership

1. Membership Overview

VELLUTO™ membership provides access to our weekly ingredient share program, subject to availability and selection through our lottery system. Membership is billed weekly at $40 and includes 7 × 4oz servings per allocation.

2. Billing and Payment

Membership fees are billed weekly at $40 per week
Payment is processed automatically through Stripe
All payments must be current to maintain membership status
Failed payments may result in membership suspension
Statement descriptor will appear as "VELLUTO MemberShare"

3. Lottery Selection System

Due to limited production capacity, weekly allocations are distributed through a fair lottery system among active members. Selection does not guarantee future allocations, and all members have equal opportunity for selection each week.

4. Pickup Requirements

Selected members must pick up their allocation during designated windows
Photo ID and confirmation text required for pickup
Pickup location: Montrose Live, 1001 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX
Current pickup window: Saturdays 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM (subject to change)

5. Forfeiture Policy

Unclaimed servings are forfeited after the designated pickup window closes. No refunds, credits, or makeup allocations are provided for missed pickups. This policy ensures product quality and fairness to other members.

6. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel at any time before their next billing cycle
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods
Cancelled members may rejoin subject to availability

7. Members-Only Tastings

Tastings are reserved exclusively for active members and are subject to availability at the Montrose location. Non-members are not permitted to taste or sample VELLUTO™ products.

8. Product Disclaimers

VELLUTO™ is not a medical product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
Individual results may vary
Members with dietary restrictions or allergies should consult healthcare providers
Product formulations may change without notice

9. Membership Limitations

Membership may be limited during peak periods. VELLUTO™ reserves the right to limit new memberships to maintain quality and service standards for existing members.

10. Prohibited Activities

Resale or commercial distribution of VELLUTO™ products is prohibited
Sharing of member-exclusive access or benefits is not permitted
Fraudulent or deceptive practices will result in immediate termination

11. Liability and Indemnification

Members participate at their own risk. VELLUTO™, its owners, and partners are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from membership or product consumption.

12. Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time with notice to members. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
