What do I get each week?

Members receive 7 × 4oz servings of VELLUTO™ each week. This provides a full week's worth of premium, small-batch frozen dessert crafted for satisfaction and functional benefits.

Why do you use a lottery system?

We craft VELLUTO™ in limited, small batches to preserve peak texture, flavor, and functional quality. The lottery system ensures fair access to our limited production while maintaining the premium standards our members expect.

Where and when is pickup?

Pickup is at Montrose Live, located at 1001 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX. The current pickup window is Saturdays from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Selected members receive confirmation with specific pickup details each week.

What about refunds and cancellations?

Membership is billed weekly at $40. You can cancel before your next billing cycle. If you miss your pickup window, that week's share is forfeited as we cannot guarantee product quality beyond the pickup period.

Is VELLUTO™ keto-friendly?

Yes, VELLUTO™ is specifically crafted to be keto-friendly while maintaining premium taste and texture. It's engineered for appetite control and steady energy without compromising on indulgence.

Can I try VELLUTO™ before becoming a member?

Tastings are reserved for active members only and are subject to availability at the Montrose location. This policy helps us maintain product quality and exclusivity.

How do I know if I'm selected each week?

Selected members receive a confirmation text message with pickup details. If you don't receive a confirmation, you weren't selected for that week's allocation.

What should I bring for pickup?

Bring a valid photo ID and your confirmation text from VELLUTO™. This helps us verify your membership and ensures a smooth pickup process.

What's the minimum commitment for café partners?

We require a 12-month initial partnership commitment with quarterly reviews. This ensures adequate time to build customer awareness and optimize your VELLUTO™ program for success.

What storage requirements are needed?

VELLUTO™ requires standard commercial freezer storage at -5°F to 0°F. We provide specific storage guidelines and containers to maintain optimal product quality and texture.

What training do you provide?

We provide comprehensive training including product knowledge, serving techniques, customer education, and upselling strategies. Training includes on-site sessions and ongoing support materials.

What margins can we expect?

VELLUTO™ offers 136-172% markup potential compared to traditional dessert margins of 15-25%. Exact pricing is discussed during partnership negotiations to ensure market competitiveness.

How exclusive is the partnership?

We limit partnerships to maximum 10 cafés per city with 3-mile territorial spacing. This ensures market protection and maintains the premium, exclusive nature of VELLUTO™.

What marketing support is included?

Partners receive a complete marketing toolkit including POS displays, menu inserts, social media templates, customer education materials, and ongoing promotional campaign support.

How long is the onboarding process?

Onboarding typically takes 4 weeks from agreement signing to full launch. This includes setup, training, soft launch testing, and full menu integration with marketing campaign activation.

What ongoing support do partners receive?

Partners have access to a dedicated partner success team for ongoing training, marketing updates, operational support, and performance optimization consultation.
